Molded one-piece bases designed specifically as a 'progressive release' base to reduce the chances of injury when sliding. Does not move or change position when player runs or pushes off. "Pops out" on the impact of short, hard slides. Easy to replace. Comes with base mount only, base plugs sold separately. Although this base is designed to reduce sliding injuries, it is not a substitute for using proper sliding techniques.
